Join us at the launch of the APMG Facilitation scheme:

APMG is launching its new Facilitation guidance and qualification scheme at Churchill War Rooms in London on  28th February 2013 from 2.30pm to 5pm.    

Facilitation has never been as important as organisations need to gain buy-in and engagement in tackling organisational issues and in their change programmes. Facilitation provides a sound approach to achieving key strategic goals, encouraging participation, achieving continuous improvement and tackling organisational problems.

Tony Mann, the author of: Facilitation – an art, science, skill or all three and chief examiner, will introduce the new guide.  Cath Convey of Explosive Learning, and member of the examining panel, will share her experience of why facilitation skills are so important. 

There will be an opportunity to try out some of the key principles, meet the specialist training providers who can explain the APMG course in more detail, network with other delegates and ask questions about Facilitation. We believe this skill is fundamental for all managers. Good facilitation skills will enhance your organization's productivity, enable effective problem solving and increase engagement, making successful outcomes much more likely.
