ELS receives Gold Provider Approval from the EEIAS for Quality of Assessment & Training Provision
Explosive Learning
Solutions is thrilled to announce it has been awarded Gold Approved
Provider Status from the Energy and Efficiency Independent Assessment Service
(EEIAS).
Gold status is an
exceptional accolade of an Award and ELS have been commended for their values, clear
vision and smart objectives. Highlighted by the EEIAS is ELS’s commitment to
providing exceptional training which in turn promotes high quality learning,
flexible to the employers and learners needs - ‘Indicative of an organisation with quality at the heart of its
provision’ being one of many quotes mentioned.
The EEIAS has been
established in response to Government reforms which place employers at the
heart of workforce development. Their aim is to ensure that assessments and
qualifications are delivered to the highest of standards and that training is
effective and relevant to the jobs market.
The energy and utility
sector is growing in the UK. However the demand for trained workers has
highlighted a skills gap which as it stands is only set to grow. Over the next
ten years £100 billion will be invested into the infrastructure of this sector,
creating a rising demand for competent workers. The Energy and Efficiency IAS is employer-led and will
become employer owned; it will implement the Quality Framework and facilitate
the Affiliate Network.
The aim of the Affiliates Network is to drive forward
the quality of provision and assessment within the sector. Affiliation will
assist ELS to strengthen existing relationships and open new lines of
engagement between providers and employers. ELS are working with
employers nationwide to understand the skills shortages of today and tomorrow
and to address the training needs required.
Receiving such a respected
status from the EEIAS is an amazing achievement and ELS continue to work to
ensure high standards of quality and training are at the forefront of everything
they do. It is in our DNA.
